Melissa Williams Clothing is a Canadian clothing brand created by 20 year old designer Melissa Williams. Melissa Williams who is a graduate from Ryerson University's School of Fashion and has decided to share her creativity with the world. This brand has 6 main divisions which are: Womens, Mens, Eveningwear, Eco-conscious line: UNIFY, Costume and Bridal. Melissa started her business in 2012 when she began making custom pageant gowns and outfits for clients. She then continued her craft and entered many Ryerson University Fashion shows such as: The Wearable Art Show 2012, The Wearable Art Show 2013, Revolution 2014, and Revolution 2015 where she launched her first Eco- conscious unisex line. Her work has also been showcased at Project One Way T.O., Fashion Against Poverty 2014, and UTM Chinese Rock the Runway competitions. Her versatile womens collection MODULARITY was also showcased at Ryerson University's MASS EXODUS 2016 Fashion Show. Melissa's vision is to create unique pieces of clothing for men and women, and to demonstrate that fashion is not limited to the constraints that the fashion industry, media and industry force upon us. She designs for innovation, not repetition.
